We are keeping the ongoing skills we have been learning in the art & design classes and incorporating these into puppet classes through painting, set building, character design, drawing etc. whilst also exploring wonderful stories and making beautiful objects to take home.

Sunday 29th of April / Last Stop on Market Street
Based on the multicultural book by Matt de la Pena and Christian Robinson, the children will make a range of little puppets whilst thinking about community, kindness and gratitude.
Sunday 20th of May / The Great Insect Games
In this puppet workshop we will be looking at all things creepy and crawly from Tor Freeman’s book Ambrose goes for Gold.
Sunday 17th of June / Summer Tshirts
Continuing our annual summer tradition, participants will be designing and screen printing a t-shirt fit for summer. This year we will be exploring graphic elements whilst taking inspiration from Andy Warhol’s ice-cream image

Workshops will be 10-12pm, with parents usually invited back at 11.45am for a puppet performance!
£18 each, or £50 for all three if booked in advance.
All workshops have all materials included, have a maximum of 15 participants and are held at The Studio 567, 567 Dumbarton Road, Partick
